Specialist areas: Litigation and disputes

Charlene graduated from the University of Cumbria in 2018 with a degree in Law and Criminology. 

Following the successful completion of the Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE), Charlene is the first at BPK to qualify as a solicitor through the SQE route.   Charlene advises on a broad range of contentious matters and supports clients through every stage of the litigation process. Charlene is committed to resolving disputes swiftly and cost-effectively, and wherever possible, achieving amicable outcomes that protect her clients’ interests.

Outside of work, Charlene enjoys spending quality time with her three children. She also has a keen interest in aviation and also practises judo.
